The loin meat in our Barnsley chops has such robust flavour it doesn't need much messing about to make it into a delicious meal. You can pan fry, grill, griddle, roast or barbecue it – but remember it's bigger than your average chop so will need a minute or two longer. Really fabulous served instead of a beef steak with thin, crispy chips and minty peas, organic Barnsley chops are also great friends with Oriental flavours, so why not try them quickly marinated in soy, honey, ginger and garlic, roasted in a medium-hot oven til sticky on the outside and served with crunchy stir-fry veg.
