+ So how do you do it?
Your order is made up the day before your requested delivery date and sent by tracked overnight courier. Our tough boxes are designed to work well during transit making sure eveything arrives safe and secure!
+ How long will my order stay cold?
Our bespoke boxes will keep products chilled for up to 48 hours. Just think our boxes are mini, transportable fridges! Once you've received your order, please place contents inside your fridge straight away.
+ What does the packaging consist of?
- Outer Box- Cardboard, curbside recyclable
- Insulation- Paper, curbside recyclable
- Adhesive Tape- Paper, curbside recyclable
- Gel Packs- Made with paper and a plant-based gel that is food safe, recyclable and bio-degradable.
+ What to do with the packaging?
Recycle or send back to us to redeem your £6 token that can be used anytime. Simple.
+ What to do with the gel packs?
To control the temperature in your box we use plant based gel packs. When frozen they will retain a low temperature for upto 40 hours. Re-use or recycle these ice packs with minimal effort. After use, the gel can be disposed of in the garden, sink, or bio-container and the empty paper pouch can be recycled in conventional waste
