Our in-house butchery team has taken our flavoursome English Rose veal joints from choice cuts and diced it into perfectly sized chunks that’s perfect in pasties and pies or a hearty casserole or stew. Free-range rose veal from animals who've had the opportunity to be active and live according to their natural instincts is characterful and tender to eat.
Unlike conventional veal, our rose veal is free-range, with our calves having access to paddocks to roam and forage, in small and sociable groups.

Our milk-fed English Rose veal is from animals reared to the highest welfare standards that have been housed in well-ventilated barns with natural light and straw-bedding. Rose veal cannot be dry-aged due to its leanness and lack of fat, so it is hung for up to 5 days and then prepared by our master butchers.

Perfect for a homemade casserole, heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the diced rose veal and cook for 4-5 minutes or until brown. Add in your stock, bringing to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish along with your favourite cooked vegetables, cover and place in the oven until thoroughly cooked through. Serve with delicious dumplings for a hearty homecooked dinner.
