These Chicken Supremes are cut from our chicken into neat, generously proportioned fillets for the best flavour with the wing bone (niblet) left in, and offer a generous portion of lean breast meat. Supplied with the skin on or skin off, this British chicken is really popular with hotel chefs for gala dinners, as they know the rich, full flavour and texture, is easy to cook, but still provides a dramatic dinner party meal.
