Where are our garlic lovers? This carefully balanced robust marinade is packed with an intense blend of herbs, spices and wild garlic which infuse flavour to our grass fed tender lamb prime chops. We’ve left a thin layer of fat on the meat to help achieve that sear on your bbq.

What’s flat eyed? Well, we understand that having an even cook is vitally important and that’s why we’ve flattened the meat using a special butchers tool, helping you to cook the meat just right no matter the method.
