Our grass fed lamb mince - lean and flavour-packed - is combined with onion, finely chopped garlic and parsley, dried mint and oregano, ground cinnamon, sea salt, ground black pepper and spices. The mixture is then hand rolled into evenly sized meatballs that really pack a punch. Not only are they a firm family favourite, they're versatile enough to serve at a relaxed kitchen-table supper with friends or as a substantial canapé.
